Information BRANAL Tutoring keeps

• Tutoring enquiry details: contact name, email, optional telephone number, learner's first name, school year, qualification, exam board, tier, goals, topics, and general availability.
• Account and course details: learner name, assigned username, exam board, qualification, tier, school year, and exam year.
• Learning activity: assigned homework, submitted answers, marks, topic practice, progress, and completion dates.
• Class information: booked date, time, lesson topic, duration, and booking status.
• Account security information: secure identifiers and session information needed to authenticate the learner or tutor.

Students are not asked to add unnecessary personal information to answers, practice responses, or booking topics.

How the information is used

BRANAL Tutoring uses this information to:

• review and respond to tutoring enquiries;
• create and protect assigned learner accounts;
• select suitable syllabus-aligned homework and practice;
• mark work, explain solutions, and show progress;
• schedule, manage, and review tutoring classes; and
• provide account support and investigate security problems.

Young learners and parents or guardians

BRANAL Tutoring is designed for learners who may be under 18. Accounts are assigned by the tutor rather than opened through public self-registration. Parents or guardians should support younger learners with account safety and contact BRANAL Maths if information needs to be corrected or removed. Public enquiries should be submitted by a parent, guardian, or adult learner.

Service providers and sharing

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate secure authentication, hosting, and data storage, or where disclosure is required to protect a learner or comply with applicable law. It is not sold, rented, or shared for third-party advertising.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry details are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, arrange tutoring, or maintain appropriate business records. Learning and booking records are kept while the account is active and for as long as reasonably needed to provide the tutoring service, resolve questions, and meet legitimate record-keeping requirements. A learner, parent, or guardian may ask to access, correct, deactivate, or delete account information through the Contact page.
